Work in the twenty-first century is breaking the traditionally defined lines of labour market and is redefining itself given the impetus by technological dynamism and near-perfect information via growing degrees of communication. The conditions of work have however deteriorated over time given the increasing demands of rising population and labour force and the gaps in skill demand and supply. As remaining unemployed is not a viable option for people living in developing countries due to lack of financial support from the government’s end, the majority of the workforce is often found to be working in the informal sector.
