Diarrhoea and nail toxicity: 2 case reports In a retrospective study conducted between 2012 and 2017 involving 67 patients, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described of whom, one patient developed grade 3 diarrhoea and another patient developed grade 3 nail toxicity following administration of oral afatinib 40mg for non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) [durations of treatment to reaction onset and outcomes not stated].
