Immune haemolytic anaemia: case report A male patient [specific age not stated] developed immune haemolytic anaemia during treatment with apomorphine for severe parkinsonism. The male patient, who had severe parkinsonism, had been treated with high-dose levodopa [L-dopa], which was currently switched to apomorphine [dosage and route not stated]. During the early stages of apomorphine administration in the ICU, he developed jaundice and pallor. Further investigations revealed apomorphine-induced immune haemolytic anaemia [duration of treatment to reaction onset not stated]. His apomorphine therapy was discontinued [outcome not stated].
