A novel online calculator was developed to help clinicians predict the probability of early recurrence (ER) after curative-intent resection for gallbladder cancer.1. The tool performed well on internal and external validation. This proposed web-based tool may help clinicians to identify candidates for neoadjuvant therapy, to optimize surveillance intervals, and to counsel patients about their prognosis. DISCLOSURES
