This publication was based on the need, which is supporting SMEs in their development and the struggle to survive in the competitive market. In the contemporary world, the speed of change in the economy and the multiplicity of entities operating in the market are a growing challenge for SMEs with limited organizational, financial, and human potential. On the other hand, the small businesses are the strength of the economy, which generates jobs for young people who are able to flexibly switch to a new profile of activity and adapt to changing environmental conditions much faster than large companies. The challenge and the necessity are to ensure that SMEs’ functioning is sustainable and the growth opportunities are similar to those in big companies. The author of this publication was faced with such a major challenge. In this book, consisting of six chapters, the author proposes the concept of organizations network and combines advanced methods of competitiveness analysis with the possibilities offered by the cooperation within the group.
