Fatigue: case report In a study involving 33 cancer patients, one patient [age and sex not stated] was described, who developed fatigue during treatment with cisplatin and paclitaxel. The patient, who was diagnosed with cancer, received unspecified neoadjuvant chemotherapy and underwent interval debulking surgery. The patient then started receiving chemotherapy with cisplatin and paclitaxel [routes and doses not stated] for 6 cycles. However, the patient developed grade 3–4 fatigue secondary to paclitaxel and cisplatin [duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated]. Rios-Doria E, et al.
