Most radiologists are involved on a daily basis in the performance and interpretation of CT studies of the lung, one of the most frequent radiological examinations in routine practice. The currently available state-of-the-art MDCT technology enables us to study and display lung anatomy and gross pathology up to the level of the secondary pulmonary nodule in an exquisite way. Prof. J.A. Verschakelen and Dr. W.
