Welcome to the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Advanced Communication Systems and Information Security (ACOSIS 2019). The international conference was held during November 20–22, 2019, in the historic medieval city of Marrakesh, Morocco, one of the world’s most important artistic and cultural centers. ACOSIS 2019 wa
