(Hereinafter the"Article") BY: (All Authors) Copyright, title, interest and all right in the Article is hereby assigned and transferred to American Society for Metals, Metals Park, Ohio 44073, and to the Metallurgical Society of AIME, 420 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, Pennsylvania 15086, (for U.S. Government employees: to the extent transferable), effective when the Article is accepted for publication in Metallurgical Transactions. FURTHERMORE, this assignment and transfer applies to all other publications of either or both of the above named Societies in which the Article may be published subsequent to its appearance in Metallurgical Transactions.
