Design and Implementation of Educational Administration Information Access System Based on Android Platform Yifeng Yan, Shuming Xiong, Xiujun Lou, Hui Xiong and Qishi Miao Abstract In order to help teachers and students to access the education management information system (EMIS) more conveniently, a client based on Android platform is designed and implemented in this paper. After logging, this client software can obtain user’s education information from EMIS server using HTTP resolve mechanism, including basic personal information, student achievement, student course management and examination arrangement, etc. In development stage, regular expression which is an effective development method is applied to analyze complex data. The test results show that this client has perfect performance both in system compatibility and terminal compatibility. On one hand, it can adapt different mobile terminals’ size and touch feature. On the other hand, it can adapt EMIS deployed in different colleges and universities due to its special design of universal data interface. Keywords Android Mobile terminal

315.1 Introduction Educational administration is the core content of the colleges and universities daily management of the work [1]. It comes to teachers, students, administrators and discipline construction, and has been widely used in Web-based Educational Administration System [2]. At present, the university teachers and students tend to use a desktop computer to access the educational administration system, while accessing it with mobile terminals rarely. Because mobile terminals lack relevant application software to visit the educational administration system. Moreover, in spite of many smart phones can access the web through the mobile browser, the page of the Education system is mainly designed for desktop computer users. The use of mobile terminals exist resolution which is incompatible, display unsightly, inconvenient operation and many other inconvenience. With the rise of mobile Internet, smartphone as the representative of the Android is becoming a mainly mobile application development platform [3].
