Preface

This book contains papers accepted by the 2013 International Conference on Mechatronics and Automatic Control Systems (ICMS), which was held on 10 and 11 August, 2013, in Hangzhou, China. It covers emerging technologies in a timely manner for two important subjects: mechatronics and automatic control systems. In particular, it allows researchers and students to become familiar with state-of-the-art developments in the field, and i
