The directions of stimulation of innovative development of light industry enterprises based on use of chemical fibers are investigated. Use of chemical fibers abroad and in the Russian Federation is analyzed and conclusions are drawn regarding formulation of future strategy of development of enterprises based on extensive scientific research and use of the results of application of innovative technologies and methods of management, digitization of production, development of innovative products, concentration of production with vertical integration and creation of industrial clusters.
The chemical industry, primarily the enterprises that manufacture chemical fibers, occupy one of the most important places in the economy of a country. The chemical fiber demand has been growing steadily, and it is hard to not notice this. Currently, chemical industry is a high-tech complex of enterprises interacting with more than two tens of related branches. Products of enterprises of the branch are used for both manufacturing end-use goods and meeting raw materials demand of light, automobile, food, and other industries as well as for making furniture and electrical engineering goods. A wide variety of products is supplied for materials and equipment support to power structures and federal departments with personal effects, associated goods in military engineering, technical textile, and aids of personal protection from extreme and technogenic impacts of environment, industrial traumatism, fire, etc. [1]. Chemical fiber manufacturing companies have different growth rates. In view of this, one of the important factors is directions of innovative development, which ensure not only commercial success, but also great competitive advantages in globalization contexts, which indeed dictated the choice of the subject of this study. Security of products supply to scores of industries makes the chemical fiber manufacturing enterprises important for preparation of both federal and regional budgets. Chemical fiber production attracts investors because of low investment and quick payback. The efficiency of light industry enterprises depends a great deal on wise marketing policy, highly effective logistics, innovative products range, use of high-tech equipment, sound research for finding and introducing new and highly profitable types of products, and so on. Unsteady demand for Russian products forced many producers to change their marketing approaches. Speaking of fabric materials, we generally mean imported or domestic products manufactured from foreign raw materials. Fabric occupies about 75% of the cost in the price of the finished good, which indicates poor competitiveness of domestic goods. Not all Russian textile companies investigated the global trend of transition to
