Distigmine-bromide Miosis and bradycardia: 2 case reports

A retrospective cohort study of 93 patients, who underwent measurement of serum cholinesterase (sChE) levels between 2011 and 2018 at Kaetsu hospital, Japan, 2 patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed miosis (one patient) and bradycardia (one patient) during treatment with distigmine bromide [distigmine] for underactive bladder. Subsequently, distigmine bromide was stopped in both patients [routes, dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated]. Mitsuboshi S, et al.
