Diffuse allergy and Fanconi syndrome: 2 case reports In a prospective single site observational study involving 94 patients, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, who developed diffuse allergy or Fanconi syndrome during treatment with lamivudine and dolutegravir for HIV. The patients, who had HIV infection, started receiving dolutegravir and lamivudine [3TC] tablets [dosages and routes not stated]. Two patients discontinued dolutegravir and lamivudine treatment for intolerance due to diffuse allergies at one month and Fanconi syndrome at 6 months, respectively [time to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].
