Welcome to Salvage Therapy for Prostate Cancer. On behalf of my team and I, it has been a pleasure putting this together for you. This is an important topic for both patients and clinicians alike and was specifically written for clinicians like you. Years ago, when I was a fellow at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals, I came across this topic as a young registrar. Clearly, it is an area which often results in a difficult situation for both clinician and patient—the patient has failed their primary therapy for prostate cancer. What do you do next?
