Erratum to: Clin Orthop Relat Res DOI 10.1007/s11999-013-2954-2 In Table 1, osteonecrosis was incorrectly listed as an original diagnosis. The correct diagnosis should be osteoarthritis. In Table 2, the number of standard stems identified by Ornstein et al. was incorrect as published. The correct number of standard stems should be 1081. The authors apologize for these errors.
