Preface

The “Ethical Leadership: The Indian Way” international conference took place at the IFIM Business School in Bangalore from January 9–10, 2014, organized by the editors of this publication. This book—one of the outcomes of the event—is a collection of selected contributions from the Bangalore conference from leading European and Indian scholars and practitioners. The papers contained within address the topics of human values, ethics and spirituality and leadership in business in the Indian and European context. In the spirit of promoting dialogue and cross-fertilization between Indian and European cultural traditions, the papers have as their focus the following topics: 1.
