Thanks for picking up Evidence-Based Podiatry: A Clinical Guide to Diagnosis and Management. You are a busy student, resident, fellow, or practicing provider and you might not have time to cull through the most recent literature to find out the latest information on diagnosis and treatment for conditions you treat. You are in luck; we have done the heaving lifting for you. I was asked to speak at the American Podiatric Medical Association’s Annual Scientific Meeting in Philadelphia in 2016 on evidence-based medicine as an introduction to oral abstract presentations being given by my colleagues who are doing research in podiatric medicine and surgery. This book, Evidence-Based Podiatry: A Clinical Guide to Diagnosis and Management, was a result of my involvement at that meeting.
