Abstract Innovation network is an autocatalytic network; however, there are several factors that affect the process and result. In the beginning, the innovation is very difficult due to certain blocked factors. Based on the machine learning network resource fusion algorithm, this paper conducts research on the innovation process and innovation driving force based on autocatalytic network. An autocatalytic network is introduced to explain the innovation process, including the evolutionary mechanism, evolution law, and the critical property of system innovation. It is concluded that the key of innovation is to unlock some key effect factors in core or find the key factors that connect different innovation. At last, the evolution law and the critical point are given, which could make us make sound and timely decisions. Keywords Innovation Autocatalytic network Evolution Criticality

1 Introduction Technology is the primary productive force. With the continuous acceleration of the global economic integration process, an innovation-oriented knowledge economy system has gradually formed, and its essence is to innovate knowledge. The rapid development, vigorous dissemination, and widespread application of knowledge have made it a major driver of economic growth and a source of competitive advantage [1]. In addition, the effective innovation of knowledge management methods makes knowledge the first driving force, promotes the continuous growth of enterprises, and puts enterprises in an invincible position in the fierce market competition. As a unique resource, knowledge has become the driving force for the development and growth of emerging enterprises. The competitiveness of an enterprise lies in its ability to

manage knowledge, and its competitive advantage lies in its constant innovation of knowledge. However, the constant standardization of knowledge and technology affects the investment distribution, competition and cooperation mechanisms, and technological innovation trends of emerging companies. In addition, the incompleteness of knowledge and talent reserves, the sudden increase in society’s demand for knowledge and technology, the acceleration of technological update speed, and the increasingly fierce market competition have caused the product life cycle to be greatly shortened. Therefore, it is less and less likely that enterprises rely on large-scale mass production to maintain their competitive advantage. At the s
