Laura is completing her PhD. Her research focuses on identifying what drives innovation and the benefits of being an innovative sport enterprise. The research involves multiple case studies with elite organisations such as NASA, the United Nations, Military: Special Forces, FC Barcelona, the Philadelphia 76s as well as  Silicon Valley Tech Giants who have all developed innovative practices.
