Vaccine failure: 2 case reports In a retrospective observational study of 7 paediatric patients, conducted between 2010 and 2018, two patients [1 girl and 1 boy; ages not stated] were described, who experienced vaccine failure following administration of Hib-vaccine [dosages and routes not stated] given for invasive Haemophilus influenza disease. The girl had recently undergone tonsillectomy while the boy had a history of IgA deficiency. Santos MC, et al.
