Preface
Accidents continue to be the major concern in “critical infrastructures,” and human factors have been proved to be the prime causes of accidents. Clearly, human dynamics are a challenging management function to guarantee reliability, safety, and cost reduction in critical infrastructures. In this context, concepts of human error and reliability are integrated and complementary to each other. Based on our experience, we believe that both of them are vital to ensure a proper incident and accidental scenario management. In this book, we decided to focus on human behavior
