This book is based on a discussion process of several years in which many colleagues from science and practice have taken part. From 2012 to 2014 the research project ‘Social Platform on Innovative Social Services – INNOSERV’ was funded by the European Commission under the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development.
