Preface
This research monograph addresses the issues of control of the operation of natural gas consumers in the industrial sector, the electric power industry, and the public utilities sector under conditions of reduced, stopped, and restored gas deliveries. Emphasis is put on the algorithm of the transition of gas consumers from normal to emergency operation and the algorithm of recovering normal operation after an emergency in the gas supply system is terminated. The authors believe that the book might prove useful for undergraduates majoring in energy-related disciplines, researchers, the personnel involved in the provision of housing and community amenities as well as those working in energy industries and employed by industrial enterprises, where energy consumption mix includes natural gas. The research was carried out under State Assignment,
