This volume contains the papers presented at PKAW2016: The 14th International Workshop on Knowledge Management and Acquisition for Intelligent Systems, held during August 22–23, 2016 in Phuket, Thailand, in conjunction with the 14th Pacific Rim International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (PRICAI 2016). In recent years, unprecedented data, called big data, have become available and knowledge acquisition and learning from big data are increasing in importance.
