This is the second volume of the CEMPI subseries, common to Lecture Notes in Mathematics and Lecture Notes in Physics. CEMPI, acronym for “Centre Européen pour les Mathématiques, la Physique et leurs Interactions,” is a “Laboratoire d’Excellence” based on the campus of the Université Lille 1.
