Scribano is a graduate in Development Sciences with a specialization in Political Sociology from ILADES, Santiago, Chile, and did his PhD from the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters, the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has a postgraduate degree recognized by the University of Leuven, Belgium, and a bachelor’s degree in Political and Social Sciences from the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, the Catholic University of Cordoba (1985). Scribano received a diploma in Human Rights endorsed by the Institute of Human Rights, Law School, Complutense University of Madrid, Spain, in 1983. He is the director of the Centre for Sociological Research and Studies and a principal researcher at the National Council for Scientific and Technical Research, Argentina.
