Abstract—A new genus Olchon gen. n. with the type species Olchon yermak sp. n. is described from Eastern Siberia. Fourteen species are recorded for the first time from Russia. Five subfamilies Asaphinae, Miscogasterinae, Ormocerinae, Pireninae, and Spalangiinae and 42 species are new to the fauna of Eastern Siberia. Keywords: Chalcidoidea, Pteromalidae, parasitoids, new genus, new species, new records, Eastern Siberia, annotated list DOI: 10.1134/S0013873820050127

The Russian fauna of pteromalid wasps has been studied very fragmentarily. Large territories of Eastern Siberia remain poorly explored, only one subfamily Pteromalinae, 15 genera and 16 species (Callitula bicolor Spinola, Conomorium patulum (Walker), Diglochis sylvicola (Walker), Dinotiscus eupterus (Walker), Dirhicnus ramealis (Nees), Gyrinophagus aper (Walker), Holcaeus compressus (Walker), Mesopolobus subfumatus (Ratzeburg), M. typographi (Ruschka), Paracarotomus cephalotes Ashmead, Psilocera obscura Walker, Rhopalicus tutela (Walker), Roptrocerus mirus (Walker), R. xylophagorum (Ratzeburg), Schizonotus sieboldi (Ratzeburg), Trigonoderus pulcher Walker) are known from this territory up to date (Tselikh, 2019).

MATERIALS AND METHODS The study is based on examination of extensive material in the collection of the Zoological Institute, Russian Academy of Sciences (St. Petersburg; ZISP). Specimens were examined using a Nikon AZ100M and Leica MZ16 stereo microscopes. Photographs were taken with a Canon EOS 70D digital camera mounted on an Olympus SZX10 microscope. All the studied material of the Pteromalidae from Eastern Siberia is in the ZISP collection. The morphological terminology, including sculpture and wing venation nomenclature, follows Bouček and Rasplus (1991) and Gibson (1997). The following abbreviations are used: F1–F6 = funicular segments; OOL = ocello-ocular line, the minimum distance between the posterior ocellus and the compound eye; POL = posterior ocellar line, the minimum distance between the posterior ocelli. The scape is measured without the radicle; the pedicel is measured in lateral view. The distance between the clypeal margin and toruli is measured from the lower margins of the toruli.

During our study of the new material from Irkutsk Province and Buryatia many species were recorded for the first time for the fauna of Russia and Eastern Siberia; several specimens were found belonging to a new genus and species of the subfamily Pteromalinae described below. 714

NEW DATA ON THE PTEROMALID WASPS

The mesosoma and metasoma are measured in lateral view, the latter including the ovipositor sheaths. The holotype of the new species is deposited in the collection of the Zoological Institute of the Russian Academy
