Neutropenia and hypertension: 2 case reports In a study of 10 women, two adult women [exact ages not stated] were described, who developed grade 3 neutropenia (1 patient) and grade 3 hypertension (1 patient) during treatment with niraparib [routes and dosages not stated] for early expanded access ovarian cancer [time to reactions onsets not stated]. The niraparib was stopped due to neutropenia in one patient of these patients.
