Abstract Purpose The aim of the present study was to evaluate the effect of the anesthesia type on the postoperative quality of life in patients who underwent trans-abdominal pre-peritoneal (TAPP) inguinal hernia repair. Methods In this study, 70 patients submitted to TAPP for inguinal hernia repair, were randomized between spinal and general anesthesia.
