Preface

This is the second volume in the Plasmonics series, Reviews in Plasmonics. The first volume was very well received by the Plasmonics community with several notable reviews of the volume. In this 2015 volume, we are pleased again with the broad and timely Plasmonic content. We subsequently thank the authors for their very timely and exciting contributions again this year. We hope you all will find this volume as useful as the first volume. In closing, I would like to thank both Tanja Koppejan and Meran Owen at Springer for their help in compiling this volume.
