Abstract Owing to the fast pace of growing educational needs, the deployment of smart educational tools along with highly productive and effective learning management systems are of supreme importance. Considering the advantages of classical flow theory, herein, we proposed a synergistic framework by combining the key elements of smart technology with a flow theory approach that can induce the overall learning efficacy with an added value of maintaining the smart learning and management environment. The given framework integrates numerous technological and communication tools to activate the learning process to adjust/maintain the requirements of different students under one umbrella. The proposed framework with positive outcomes can help to avoid discrimination and boost the confidence of low-level/low-grade students with a positive learning environment. Moreover, the learning efficacy and quality can be substantially improved via consistent monitoring and analyzing the student’s performance via information processing platforms based on the internet of things (IoT). However, designing the IoT applications for different level students in one class is a challenging issue and needs careful standardization. In this framework, this work aims to assist users in developing skills, adapt, and use technologies in a learning context to produce fruitful learning outcomes, which leads to big data. 1 Introduction There is a huge necessity to improve the classical learning model. In this context, several efforts have been made by the legalities and educational bodies. In recent years, smart education tools and automated learning management systems are emerging at a fast pace and invading both technological and educational worlds [1–3]. Thus, learning boundaries have immensely changed fundamentally. For instance, the incor-

poration of current state-of-the-art hardware and software in the education process to the massive diversity of virtual platforms involvement in modern classrooms. Moreover, to justify the need for different educational elements, i.e., learning environment, learning content, learner, and instructor, the ongoing educational atmosphere must support the smart virtual tools [4, 5]. With key learning advances, the term “smart”
