This book is an outcome of a long journey. During this invaluable journey I was not alone and a lot of people wholeheartedly supported me, especially at times I lost my way. Without their support, probably this book wouldn’t reach to readers. I am grateful to Prof. Hüseyin Ba˘gcı for his continuous support and Prof. Faruk Yalvaç for his supervision during my Ph.D. which is the foundational for this book. Both of them encouraged me to explore and study beyond what I saw.
