Preface

This volume contains the proceedings of the 12th International Conference on Computational Collective Intelligence (ICCCI 2020), which was at first planned to be held in Danang, Vietnam. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference date was first postponed to November 30 – December 3, 2020, and then moved to a virtual space. The conference
