Preface to the Third Edition
In this edition, Part II has been totally revised. The steps of the general heuristic decision-making procedure are now, except for the first step, divided into sub-steps. Furthermore, the problem analysis in Step 2 begins by defining and structuring the decision problem and representing it as a frame. Both measures intend to facilitate the successful application of the procedure.
