Sumatriptan Angioedema: case report A 42-year-old woman developed hypersensitivity which manifested as eyelid, labial and lingual angioedema, 4 hours after a second intranasal dose of sumatriptan [dosage not stated], which she was receiving for chronic migraine. She had previously tolerated sumatriptan well. She was treated with steroids and recovered. Skin prick tests were negative for sumatriptan, rizatriptan and zolmitriptan. An intradermal skin test to sumatriptan was positive. Gonz´alez de Pedro A, et al. Sumatriptan hypersensitivity. Allergy 62 (Suppl. 83): 801105002 567 abstr. 1648, 2007 [abstract] - Spain
