Symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage: case report A 63-year-old man developed symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage (sICH) following administration of tenecteplase for acute ischaemic stroke. The man, who had a medical history of non-anticoagulated atrial fibrillation and arterial hypertension, presented with an acuteonset right-sided hemiparesis and severe expressive aphasia.
