When I resigned from Soka University Peace Research Institute as Assistant Professor and began working as Policy Secretary in the House of Representatives in the beginning of 2015, Japanese Diet Members and bureaucrats had discussed and prepared for the enactment of the Peace and Security Legislation under the Abe administration.
