Abstract The Web-based E-learning System overcomes time and space limitations in traditional universities. Teachers and students are now accessing to large amounts of information and resources via the web. In this paper, we provide a learning model of Web-based system, which is based on the principles of constructivism, to provide motivation and collaborative learning for students in the Web environment. The practical results show that the system is mainly to complete the autonomous learning, including learning resource management, grading test, students’ management, unit test, etc. and it is proved that the system is effective and useful. 285.1 Introduction In view of the Internet being able to overcome the space and time barriers of learning, people have started to think about the process of integrating this information technology with teaching and teaching materials, there by, the establishment of Web-based learning system as the basis of the educational environment is flourishing. With the assistance of software and hardware facilities, people are able to have a breakthrough in the various limitations of time, environment and distance, and adequately use abundant learning resources to extend the educational activities, create a ‘‘timely and appropriate’’ learning environment for the C. ‘‘appropriate persons’’, and also allow Web-learning to become an integral part of a diverse education [1–5]. Internet technology has brought a new look of learning concepts and redesigning of learning strategies to educationists, and proceeds to develop a learning environment that verifies learning concepts and provides opportunities for learning strategies [6]. Internet technology can be used for teaching activities, and become the main form of teaching in the future.

285.2 System Architecture The system covers the course teaching plan, scheduling, and outcome based teaching and learning objectives. It consists of the project assignment, review and tutorial questions, hands-on and E-learning exercises, and references etc. The Grade web page is to list out students’ grades for each submitted assignment. The open forum is for students to communicate with each other and the lecturers for general discussion on the lecture. The system architecture is shown in Fig. 285.1. In the E-learning system, every web page contains a header and a navigation bar; the consistency layout enables the user to eas
