Preface

In this book, we covered different subjects in cyber security based on the USA NIST NICE framework. We adopted their KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities). Our goal was to provide one possible instance of their template framework. The book includes 12 chapters: Chap. 1: Information Assurance/ Encryption, Chap. 2: Information Systems Security Management, Chap. 3: IT Risk and Security Management, Chap. 4: Criminal Law, Chap. 5: Network Management, Chap. 6: Risk Management, Chap. 7: Software Management, Chap. 8: System Administration, Chap. 9: System Architecture, Chap. 10: Threat Analysis, Chap. 11: Training, Education, and Awareness, and Chap. 12: Vulnerability Assessment and Management.
