The concept of the unified airway, the interplay between the upper and lower airway, has been around for over 20 years, and it is very gratifying to have a book which takes a holistic approach to this well-recognized relationship. This new book expands this original concept to discuss the connection between chronic rhinosinusitis (CRS) and many other important comorbid respiratory diseases.
