Preface

The changing nature of work relations has been inspiring labour lawyers and researchers from around the world for decades. As work patterns evolve with societal changes, the work we know and recognise as ‘standard’ may soon become a true rarity. New technologies give rise to the completely new work forms, escaping conventional definitions and categorisations. Their regulation has recently become the topic of the most heated public debates. The existing legal instruments seem
