On September 13 some six decades ago, Wolfgang Dietrich was born in the town of Silz. In time, he became a Peace Studies professor at the University of Innsbruck, a renowned author and Head of the Innsbruck School of Peace Studies. We – the editors of this book – wanted to give Wolfgang a special present for his sixtieth birthday celebration: An anthology written by several facilitators of the MA Program for Peace, Development, Security and International Conflict Transformation.
