Foreword

The concept of a plastic surgery textbook focused on augmentation mastopexy would have previously been viewed as overreaching. It would be perceived by most as too narrow and finite a topic to justify a full manuscript. As plastic surgery has evolved, concepts of augmentation mastopexy have grown considerably with additional methodologies, increased procedural detail, and overall expansion of the entire topic. A textbook of this combined topic is therefore not only justified but very welcome indeed. The primary authors are all well known to me. They have all delved deeply into the concepts of augmentation mastopexy and expanded this field of interest through their contributio
