The congress was very well attended, with 182 participants from 22 countries, both from Europe,

The State of The Art Lecture entitled ‘‘Observations on massive human allografts’’ was delivered by Dr. William Fisher Enneking, who presented his pioneering lifetime experience with massive bone allografts. The scientific program of the congress consisted in 92 oral and 33 poster presentations submitted by both scientists and tissue banking professionals.
