Preface

It has been 18 years since this author started to be engaged in research on judicial administrative theory and its attendant practical management work. I have always wanted to conduct a comprehensive and systematic integration and analysis of the judicial administrative system of China, encompassing not only a summary of the practical work experience, but also an in-depth probe into judicial administrative theory. Indeed, there is a heightened sense of responsibility on my part to conduct a study on a unified theory of judicial administration, especially in light of my own experience in research project management from 2003 to 2013 at the Ministry of Justice, where I witnessed a steady increase of academic interest in studies on related practical and theoretical issues concerning the court, the procuratorate and the police while research
