Lack of efficacy and allergic reaction: 2 case reports In a retrospective analysis of an Italian multicentre cohort, two patients [ages and sexes not stated] were described, of whom one patient exhibited lack of efficacy and one patient experienced severe allergic reaction during treatment with anakinra for Schnitzler’s syndrome [routes, dosages, durations of treatments to reactions onsets and outcomes not stated].
