Abstract At present, the form of students’ physical health in our country is severe. In addition to learning some healthy knowledge and forming healthy habits, college students also need to strengthen the management of physical health through learning. A large number of studies show that scientific and reasonable exercise can promote human health and improve the quality of life. It is very important to make a reasonable exercise prescription according to personal physical condition to improve the health level and avoid the injury to the body. However, in the existing exercise prescription system, the calculation of exercise intensity is a little rough, which has hidden harm to students’ autonomous exercise. Therefore, how to design a more scientific and accurate exercise prescription system suitable for students’ daily application is particularly important. Speaker recognition is a kind of identity recognition, it is through the speaker’s voice to identify the person’s identity. As one of the biological characteristics of human beings, voice has unique advantages in identifying user identity. Therefore, speaker recognition technology has been widely concerned and studied in the world. This paper uses natural language processing technology and speech recognition technology to build a sports health assessment system. The experimental results show that the proposed method is more efficient than the traditional method. The recognition accuracy is 99.35%. 1 Introduction At the 2008 Olympic Games, the results of the Research Report on the health and life behavior of Chinese college students show that 65.58% of the Chinese college students surveyed feel lack of exercise, which shows that the physical fitness of Chinese college students is declining. Part of the reason is that the early health education in China is not comprehensive, and there is no health education course from primary school to university education in China, which makes the students lack the necessary health knowledge. On the other hand, college students did not form a good habit of exercise when they were young, and network life occupied most of the spare time of contemporary college students, resulting in the current physical decline (Department of Science and Education 2000; Yizeng 2007; Qingqing 2001; Hua 2008). This is mainly due to the lack of proper physical * Sui Yong [email protected] 1
