Various toxicities: 10 case reports In a multicenter, retrospective study of 135 patients, 10 elderly patients [sexes and exact ages not stated] were described, who developed diarrhoea, nausea, weight loss, depression, facial oedema or headache during treatment with apremilast for plaque psoriasis. The patient, who had plaque psoriasis, had been receiving apremilast [dosages and routes not stated]. Subsequently, the patients developed serious adverse events secondary to apremilast including diarrhoea (2 patients), nausea (2 patients), weight loss (2 patients), depression (2 patients), facial oedema (1 patient) and headache (1 patient) [duration of treatments to reaction onsets and outcomes not stated].
