Hallucinations: case report A single-center retrospective study of 52 adult patients with familial mediterranean fever (FMF) treated with canakinumab at a tertiary rheumatology center described an adult patient [sex and exact age and not stated], who developed hallucinations during treatment with SC canakinumab injections for FMF [dosage, duration of treatment to reaction onset and outcome not stated].
